The motor of my kit does not work. What can I do?

Since the lubricating oil inside the motor may solidify after storing for some time. Please try to remove the motor housing cover and rotate the worm gears several turns by hand.  

What is the electrical specification of the LED light of Dynamo Torch?

The LED light bulb's voltage is 3 - 4.5 v under current 20mA.

What is the electrical specification of the LED light for the Enviro Battery?

The LED light bulb's voltage is 2.0 - 2.2 v under current 20mA.

What is the electrical specification of the LED light for the Windmill Generator?

The LED voltage is 1.5 - 2.6 v under current 20mA.

How much is the electricity will be produced from the Windmill Generator?

Under 15km per hour wind speed, the Windmill Generator can produce electricity approximately at voltage 1.8 - 2.2 v (DC current), current 25 - 30mA.

What type of glue is it in the kit? Can I buy one in local shop?

The glue provided with the kit is EVA glue. You can also access it easily in super market or craft supply stores.

Should I remove the eruption chamber from the mould of my Volcano?

The eruption chamber is supposed to stay in the volcano to perform volcanic eruption. Please do not remove it after moulded.

The glow star do not glow in the dark. What can I do to make it "Glow" again?

You can charge the glow pieces with any light source for a few minutes, turn the light off and watch they glow magically in the dark again. Recharge them and it will glow again and again.

Why the Planet "Pluto" is not included in my Solar System Kit?

Please note that Pluto was officially a planet until year 2006, when experts at the International Astronomical Union decided to demote it. Now it is officially a minor planet, and thus not included in the Solar System.

The paint in my kit was dried out. How can I get a new one?

If the paint becomes dry, dilute it with a few drops of water. You may also add a small drop of dishwashing detergent to the paint and mix it.

The plaster block is too hard to dig up, what should I do?

The digging process has to be done with patience, and it may take a few hours or days to complete. If you would like to quicken the process, you may spray some water on it or even submerge the plaster block into a sink of water for a minute before digging. Please be aware that wet plaster may stain.

How can I handle the plaster powder?

Dispose of plaster in the trash. Never put plaster powder down the sink or bath tub drains as this may result in a clog.

I have spilled the paint onto the carpet, what should I do?

Most of the paints included with our kits are water-based acrylic that can be removed by laundry detergent or soap. Please refer to our instruction manual. Before you start with the activity, please cover your work surface properly. Wear old clothes or smock. Please be aware that plaster or paint may stain. Wipe up any spills immediately.

My child ate some of the art materials of your product, what should I do?

Please contact your physician with the details of the incident. If necessary, our distributor of your area is able to offer further assistance. Or you may contact our Customer Service Team at infodesk@4M-ind.com.

Does any of your product contain gluten?

All 4M products do not contain gluten.

I have spilled the powder in my eyes when playing with the digging kit, what should I do?

All 4M products are non-toxic. Please flush materials from eyes immediately with plenty of clean water. We recommend you to seek medical attention if discomfort persists.

I have spilled paint in my eyes, what should I do?

All 4M products are non-toxic. Please flush materials from eyes immediately with plenty of clean water. We recommend you to seek medical attention if irritation persists.

I am not sure if my child has allergy on the plaster powder. Please advise the ingredients in your products.

If you are not sure if any of our product contains materials that your child is allergic to, please seek medical advice before using the product.

How does your company designate the recommended age range for your products?

All 4M products have been submitted to recognized testing labs for testing and also age appropriateness. If you have any doubt regarding the recommended age grading, please read through our instructions and warnings, and give appropriate guidance and supervision to the child on the activity.

My child is under the specified age recommended on the packaging. Can they still work with the activity?

We would recommend parents to read all the warnings listed on both packaging and instructions for safety precautions. And children may able to work with some activities with parental guidance and supervision.

Does 4M products perform any tests on animals?

All 4M products are against animal testing.

Can I order refills for my 4M products?
